About Leo Plank

Leo Plank is a well known German restructuring lawyer who has been at the forefront of many of the largest German and multinational restructurings in the last 20 years. He has recently been lead counsel to the banks in the recent restructuring of Leoni AG  -  a Tier 1 supplier with 110.000 employees worldwide. Leoni AG was the first time a German StaRuG was used for a company of this size. Leo also represented the Croatian conglomerate  Agrokor d.d. in its  € 6 billon debt restructuring via a newly created law for systemically important enterprises and the main creditors of Heta (f/k/a Hypo Alpe-Adria) in the € 11 billion restructuring discussions with the province of Carinthia and the  Austrian government.

He is a founding member of TMA Germany and a board member of TMA Germany.
