Her work often involves avoiding liability risks for parent or group companies and their management. She also helps clients to structure transactions and/or agreements in a way that insolvency related risks are excluded or at least mitigated. She is an expert on German claw-back actions and a specialist for insolvency litigation. Christine has published various law review articles and articles in German and English on topics of insolvency law. She is the co-author of one of the most renowned commentaries on the German law of voidable transactions.
