Henning Bloss is the managing partner of Covington & Burling’s Frankfurt office. He has more than 20 years of experience in M&A/Private Equity, Finance and Restructuring. He regularly advises companies, investors and funds on all kind of financial distressed situations, including amend-and-extend structures, debt-to-equity swaps, fresh money injections, trust structures, and debt trades. Henning studied in Göttingen and Freiburg and did an LL.M. at London School of Economics.
