Gerhard Müller is a Managing Director of FALK GmbH & Co KG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft Steuerberatungsgesellschaft. He is responsible for the Restructuring Advisory business of FALK and is specializing in restructuring advice and auditing in special situations, e.g. due diligence, internal audit and forensic services. Gerhard started his career in 1999 at PwC Audit in Frankfurt. In 2002 he joined the EY Restructuring team in Mannheim. In 2009, he became a partner in a medium-sized auditing firm, which merged with FALK in 2013. Gerhard studied business administration in Mannheim and holds a Master’s Degree in business administration. He has been a German Certified Public Accountant (Wirtschaftsprüfer) since 2005 and has also held an active licence as a CPA in New Hampshire since 2002.
