Dr. Rolf-Günther Nieberding is Founder and Managing Director of SCC Management GmbH. He held several different positions in automotive R&D, in strategy consulting and at top manager in globally active supplier groups. He collected more than 25 years of experience at T1 and T2 groups in situations including managing global growth and stringent restructuring measures backed by financial investors. His expertise is on challenging situations of strategic realignment, operational restructuring and sustainable optimization, mostly in connection with refinancing and changes of shareholders. Dr. Nieberding studied mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Darmstadt, received his doctorate in automotive combustion technology from the University of Siegen, and completed an MBA at INSEAD (Fontainebleau).
